The Spring Festival, the Chinese Lunar New Year Festival is coming near. Usually, the migrant workers become worried at this time of year, as they are afraid they will not be paid what they are owed before they go back home to have the biggest family reunion of the year. Thanks to government efforts in many parts of the country, they have less to worry about in recent years. But in Turpan city, in Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region, a group of migrant workers have been refused the pay they deserve. Why was that? Let's follow our reporter Yang Lei.
