Over 1,000 bodies had been pulled from the rubble where a nine-story building once stood more than two weeks ago in Dhaka, Bangladesh.The authorities are winding down the recovery operation and shifting their focus on measures to improve the situation in the garment industry, the pillar of the country's economy.
