Adria has all the essentials of a real manor, including land, pigs, dogs, and horses; and is conveniently located near Beijing's center. Visitors love Adria's cozy and relaxed atmosphere where the walls are left to be covered by amateur artworks under the manager's connivance, expressing his free spirit.

At the entrance, there is a barn for domestic animals including several dogs, a horse and a pig. The courtyard is quite small so riders are restricted to walking.

The manor used to feature Italian dishes, like pizza, prepared by an Italian chef. After remodeling last year, the manor now also offers DIY dishes.

You can make your own pizza for RMB 58 with chefs guiding you through the whole process from making the dough to cooking it in the pizza oven.

Visitors can also lease land and fruit trees, enjoy barbequing, go fishing, play table tennis, and roller skate.

1. Land can be leased for RMB 800 per year per 20 sq m. The manor provides seeds and helps with caring for your plot.
2. Grilled beefsteak is t RMB 58, and grilled seafood is RMB 88.
3. Situated between the fourth ring road and the fifth ring road, this western style manor is also a nice venue for outdoor wedding ceremonies.
