China's official website People.com reported that thousands of college students are turning to vocational schools to learn practical skills after failing to find satisfactory work with their bachelor degree.

And this trend is becoming more and more popular among today's new graduates.
Though the outcome is fierce competition on the current job market, it's also a good sign that young people are more brave to face the reality that a degree can't guarantee a good job.
It's common for many college graduates to think of becoming a so-called white collar worker right after leaving the campus with a salary of no more than 2 or 3 thousand yuan a month.
When this goal can't be realized, they are depressed and will add pressure to both the family and themselves. Companies are also welcoming the new phenomemon. Many complain new graduates have too high an expectation on their first job. They should understand that knowledge and theories can't help much without skills and experiences.
