The second Nuclear Security Summit has concluded in Seoul, South Korea. While battling current event divergences, world leaders strived to map out a safer future for nuclear energy development. In the final communique formulated following the summit, world leaders stated that nuclear terrorism has become one of the most challenging threats to the international community.
