Cyber bullying is a global problem. According to a new Reuters poll, ten percent of parents globally say their child has been a victim of this type of bullying. But many experts warn the problem is even larger. In the United States, campaigns against all forms of bullying have sprung up in response to a series of youth suicides tracked directly to incidents of bullying both in person and online. But children are not the only victims. Cyber Harassment, as it's often known among adults, is a serious problem resulting in long term emotional duress and life-long financial and professional damage.
