'Cyjo' - Cindy Hwang - Korean American artist in Beijing

Known as 'Cyjo', Cindy Hwang is a practicing Korean American artist who has called Beijing home for almost two years.

One of her recent projects, 'substructure', examines China's internal migration phenomenon. Another of her projects, also following the theme of migration, will be shown in the Smithsonian Institute's famous portrait gallery in Washington D.C. later this year.
