2011-01-17 Did Divisive Politics Lead To Shooting of US Congresswoman?

A week ago in the US state of Arizona 20 people were shot by a single gunman. Six people, including a federal judge and a 9-year-old girl, were killed. The target of the attack was Representative Gabrielle Giffords. She was shot in the head but survived. Her recovery is uncertain. Giffords had been the target of conservative talk shows for her stands on immigration and health care.
