New Regulations in China about HIV/AIDS

As a regulation on HIV/AIDS prevention and control took effect Wednesday in China, the Chinese governments at all levels are required to encourage and support related organizations and individuals to promote AIDS intervention measures and help the high-risk groups.

What's the background for the enactment of this new regulation? CRI reporter Paul James had a roundtable discussions with Professor Jing Jun from Tsinghua University and Dr. Joel Rehnstrom with UNAIDS China Office to find out more about it.
