Nanjing University

Nanjing University lies in Nanjing, Jiangsu province in southeast China. Most subjects offered at Nanjing University involve science.  It is regarded as a popular, famous new university in China.

Nanjing is comprised of 16 colleges including literature, science, geography and medicine.It also has 43 departments, 2000 teaching staff, and more than 31,000 students of which 8500 are PHD or postgraduates.

Nanjing University also recognizes those who have excelled in international academia. Those who have been awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, such as Li Zhengdao, Ding Zhaozhong, Yang Zhenning, ILya Prigogine, Sheldon Glashow, and Robert .A. Mundell have been granted honorary doctorate degrees from Nanjing University.
