Hangzhou diet and recipes here usually contain a great deal of seafood including fish, shrimp, crab and oyster.	One of the smallest yet the wealthiest provinces of China.	Shaoxing, Haining and Lin'an are all easily accessible by bus, with the provincial capital-Hangzhou-as the base of your exploration.
