Today we are debating
US President Barack Obama has just finished his trip to East Africa, ending with a speech looking to the future. The US's relationship with the continent is shifting and changing, with aid falling to the background and trade and partnership coming to the fore.
So,what kind of partnerships best benefit the region? What challenges in economy, security and otherwise,does it face? And what kind of future can we expect from the continent?
