2013-12-18 China's Lunar Probe
   2013-12-18 13:11:49    CRIENGLISH.com      Web Editor: Wuyou

Panel discussion:
It's already been dubbed a small step for mankind but a giant leap for China. The landing of the Chang'e rocket and the yutu lunar probe over the weekend put China on par with America and the old Soviet Union as only the third nation to have reached for the moon. Last week's lunar feat also means that China now stands alone in Asia in being the first and only country so far to have achieved that.

Global Talks:
Today we are debating Russia offering Ukraine 15 billion US dollars aid, India removing US embassy security barriers in a diplomatic row, Brazil not to consider Snowden asylum as well as North Korea marking anniversary of the death of Kim Jong-Il.
