Tuesday February 2 saw the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development release its second ever general economic survey of China. CRI's Dominic Swire spoke to the organisation's Deputy Secretary General and Chief Economist Pietro Carlo Padoan about Beijing's association with the OECD, and some of their recommendations for the Chinese leadership. Mr Padoan begins by explaining the concept of the OECD's Enhanced Engagement relationship with China.
