At 26, Olav Kristoffer Bauer -- better known as "Kro" -- co-owns five restaurants in Beijing. His first restaurant, called Kro's Nest, opened in 2005 when Kro was just 21.

Talking to Voices Other Lands, the man behind Beijing's best pizza says hard work, and business savvy do help young entrepreneur find success in China.

Kro does not cook in his restaurants now. Although he still cherishes those days when he was happily making pizzas in his restaurant, he said he is at the second level in his career as he knows only to be a better manager can he open more authentic pizza restaurants. After all, he said he is happy always when he is in the business.
