The direction of the stimulus is now gaining more focus. The State Council, the central government's cabinet, has revealed a number of new sectors it intends to support include light industry, petrochemicals, electronics and information technology. The plans include the promotion of technological development and upgrades in all those sectors, along with tax incentives and credit support.
