Uribe's Party Leads in Colombia Parliamentary Vote

President Alvaro Uribe's party is leading the vote Sunday after a parliamentary election, early results showed.
Uribe's U Party won 24.2 percent of votes while the allied Conservative Party won 22.3 percent, according to results after 65 percent of the votes were counted.
The opposition Liberal Party had 16.6 percent of votes.
