Police detain bombing suspect

Local police in Heilongjiang have detained a person suspected of setting off a home-made bomb at a chain restaurant that injured two police officers.

The suspect has been caught after an 18-hour manhunt.

Police say the bombing is an act of "revenge," but have not provided further details.
