Zhang Lan, chairwoman of South Beauty restaurant chain, has been exposed as renouncing her nationality. Last year, Zhang Lan has just been elected as a CPPCC member of Chaoyang District in Beijing. The CPPCC is China's political advisory body which convenes once a year together with the legislative body, the National People's Congress. It takes part in the legislative process by submitting suggestions to the NPC.
