Firemen put out a fire on a 32-story building under construction, in Changchun city, in northeast China's Jilin Province, on Thursday, September 9, 2010. Floors ranging from the ninth to nineteenth of the residential building caught fire at 8 a.m. The fire was fanned by strong winds which helped it spread to another 32-floor residential building under construction.
