European Commission President Barroso Arrives in Shanghai for World Expo

European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso arrived in Shanghai Friday afternoon to attend the opening ceremony of the 2010 World Expo in the evening.

The six-month event, for the first time held in a developing country, is expected to attract 70 million visitors from home and abroad.
