"My hearty and deepest wishes for the best for the coming 10 years. I hope that in the year of 2019 we can meet again, and I can tell you that I'm still so happy. I'm happy to live here, and the choice I made in 1991 was correct, because since 1991 almost 19 years have gone by and I still feel very happy to be in Macao and to contribute in my humble way to making the lives of the people in general and the city of Macao to be a fantastic place to live and to raise our children and grandsons."
