A: Hello and welcome to Listeners' Garden here on China Radio International. I'm your host LPC.

B: And I'm DS. Many listeners have heard of the Forbidden City in Beijing, also known as the Palace Museum. As the most magnificent imperial palace complex in China, it's a must-see for tourists from both home and abroad.

A: The Palace Museum in Beijing is world famous, but I'm afraid not so many listeners know that there are actually three palace museums in China. The other two are located in Shenyang and Taipei.

B: They all have rich and precious collections of cultural relics. Each of their collections has its own unique historical and cultural value and is highly complimentary to the others.

A: For the first time in 60 years, the Palace Museums on the Chinese mainland and in Taiwan have joined forces to hold a grand cultural relics exhibition at the Taipei Palace Museum since early October.

B: On today's program, we'll talk about China's three palace museums and take a look at the ongoing exhibition in Taipei.
