Simona Krupeckaite won the second gold for Lithuania on Saturday when she was crowned in the women's 500m time trial of the UCI Track Cycling World Cup in Beijing at the Laoshan Velodrome.
Krupeckaite won her first gold in the women's sprint on Friday, the first day of the tournament.
The world famous rider beat Chinese Gong Jinjie for her victory with a time of 33.834 seconds. Gong timed 34.941 seconds for the silver, the first medal of her host country in the tournament.
The bronze medal went to Xu Yulei from the team MSP of Chinese Hong Kong at 35.109 seconds.
