Chinese female director Ning Ying's black comedy "The Double Life", or "Side A, Side B", starring Zhang Jingchu and Daniel Chan Hiu Tung is scheduled for a nationwide release on April 8th.
This is Zhang Jingchu's first attempt at comedy. In the film dealing with mental health, Zhang plays a glamorous model suffering from depression and her severe mental problem leads to a string of humorous episodes in the movie.
While the light-hearted aura of filming the comedy seems to distract the actress from acting, she made numerous bad takes, earning herself a nickname of 'NG Queen.'
