The new Chinese romantic movie "Hot Summer Days" is about six stories set in an unusually sultry summer. Just how hot could this fictitious summer be?
Check out a new group of stills, which highlights the "hot" theme and features scenes of the characters who appear either bathing in sweat, or enjoying a moment in front of a fan.
The cast of "Hot Summer Days" boasts at least 12 popular stars, including Jacky Cheung, Rene Liu, Nicholas Tse, Barbie Hsu, Daniel Wu, Vivian Hsu, and Duan Yihong. Maggie Cheung, who has been away from the silver screen for six years, is reported to make a cameo.
The film, co-directed by Tony Chan and Wing Shya, will open in Chinese cinemas on February 11.
