In August, nearly 200,000 passenger vehicles participated in the "toll-free expressways" campaign in Luoyang in Henan Province.

The 20-day long campaign saw 1.11 million tourists with the total income of 775 million yuan (about 118 million US dollars), the highest revenue ever for one activity in Luanchuan.

The success of the event was mainly due to "All-for-one service". More than 4,000 local people in Luanchuan County were involved in this public service activity.

The "All-for-one service" derives its origin from "All-for-one tourism", meaning tourists would be offered full-time high quality services in all attractions, hotels, supermarket and restaurants in a city.

"All-for-one tourism" was first mentioned in this year's government work report. It encouraged local governments to integrate tourism resources to improve tourism competitiveness and service quality.

The Luanchuan government says that "all-for-one service" and "all-for-one tourism" must be done together. Only excellent customer service can allow sustainable development in the tourism industry.
