The temple as the first holy place for offering sacrifice on the ancient Tuhe Road, the divine map in the Huanghe-Luohe Culture, was constructed in 348 AD in memory of Fuxi, an ancestor of the Chinese civilization. With a history of over 1,600 years, it has now become a tourist resort where the Heluo Culture originated, as well as the cradle for the study on the Book of Changes. It is located in the Leihe Village of the Huimeng Township in the Mengjin County.
