The Final Day of the Beijing Paralympics

The Beijing Paralympic Games comes to an end today after 11 days of intense competitions.

The last eight of the 472 gold medals will be awarded in today's athletics, 5-a-side football and wheelchair fencing competitions.

The Chinese football team will meet Brazil in the 5-a-side match. The two teams drew 1-1 in their group match the day before yesterday.

Chinese fencers Ye Ruyi and Tian Jianquan will take part in the last two categories today.

After all matches conclude, the closing ceremony will begin in the National Stadium later in the evening.
