[Chinese Kitchen] Mapo Tofu

Sichuan food is famous worldwide. Its spicy flavors and pungent aromas are well known to fans of Chinese food everywhere. Thomas Rippe joins Chef Zhang and Candice Lee of the Black Sesame Kitchen to make Mapo tofu, one of the most popular Sichuan dishes. The dish combines tofu and ground pork. The meat acts as a seasoning, adding its flavor to the tofu.
