[China's Champion] Photographer Jiang Xingyuan, Beyond the Mission of Pressing the Shutter Button

60-year-old Jiang Xingyuan is a photographer based in southwest China's Guizhou Province. The reason why he's known to many Chinese people is far beyond his fulfilled mission of pressing a shutter button. During the past 11 years, Jiang has financed the education of 22 children, all of whom are from poverty-stricken families from the country's ethnic minority groups.

[Tour Tips]: Wuzhishan Mountain

Wuzhishan is located in the middle of Hainan in south China. The city has a population of around 100,000, more than half of whom are of the Li ethnic minority group. Prior to 2001, the city was known as Tongza . The local government changed the name of the city because the nearby Wuzhishan Mountain is considered as a major symbol of the island.

[Real China] Expat Show 2010: Make your life in Beijing easier!

Expat Show 2010, a three day event aiming to be the biggest expatriate gathering in Beijing wrapped up last weekend. More than 150 exhibitors from all over the world with services ranging from finance, education, health, travel, restaurants and housing, presented their products which are aimed at facilitating the daily lives of foreigners in China.

[Hangout]: "Earth Hour" Concert

Every year, the last Saturday in March has been designated "Earth Hour"-- a campaign initiated by the World Wildlife Fund that seeks to raise awareness about climate change. The event began in Sydney in 2007, when 2 million people switched off their lights at a designated time. This year, the event fell on March 27 at 8:30 p.m.
