Exercise is a very important part of our lives, or at least that is how is should be. But with many people preoccupied with work and other activities, it is sometimes hard for individuals to devote time to exercise. But there is one group of individuals in Beijing who are trying hard to ensure they exercise at least once a week. The group consists of businesspeople who meet after work every Thursday for a walk at the Olympic Forest Park.
