Meanwhile, head of the International Criminal Police Organization, Ronald Noble said that Pakistan needs "international support, not condemnation" to fight extremist groups in its country.

"It is my view as Secretary General of Interpol that any country that has suffered at the hands of terrorists as much as Pakistan is in need of international support not international condemnation at such a critical time in the world's anti-terrorist struggle."

Ronald Noble said Pakistan has agreed to work with his organization to help India investigate last month's deadly attacks in Mumbai.
