Another round of 6 Party Talks is set to take place here in Beijing. The main point to work through in this coming round surrounds sampling of materials from the Yongbyon reactor site in North Korea. The United States believed it had an agreement with North Korea on this issue. However, North Korea maintains that no agreement has been finalized. If and when this issue is sorted out, it will allow the 6-Party Talks to move forward. So what will this forthcoming round of discussions resolve? And what will China's role be in it all?
