And that was a report from UN radio's Diane Bailey.
Now let's take a look at other news in the developing world.
The polls assessment team from the United Nations on Wednesday said Bangladesh's preparations for holding the ninth parliamentary election is right on track.
The three-member panel reiterated that the United Nations wants to see the parliamentary poll without its current state of emergency, but Bangladesh refuses to lift it before the election.
Bangladesh's parliamentary election was postponed to December 29th following violent disputes by major parties over the impartiality of election issues, which also led to an imposition of a state of emergency.

Thai Foreign Minister Sompong Amornwiwat says Thailand is considering postponing the Association of Southeast Asian Nations or ASEAN summit due to the political turmoil, in which anti-government protestors seized the country's two international airports.
Leaders of 10 ASEAN countries, including those of China, Japan and South Korea, are scheduled to meet in Chiang Mai between December 14 to 18.
Sompong said he is considering delaying the summit to avoid the protests.
