Property developers announce its low profit margin
The real estate market in Beijing is experiencing a decline both in supply and demand. After feeling the pinch, developers have become active in seeking ways to increase sales. On October 10th, those in charge of Dongyaxinhua Real-Estate Company published their housing costs and announced the company's profit margin at only 5%.
