Financial Compensation For Civil Servants Who Take Voluntary Redundancies

Recently, the Kunming municipal government announced that staff who resign to run their own businesses will have their old jobs kept open for three years, and will still be paid for the first year after they leave. In addition, civil servants who resign voluntarily will be awarded a maximum 200,000 yuan as financial compensation.
