Hello and welcome to  Voices from Other Lands on China Radio International.

Including the just concluded games in Beijing, Graham Bool from Britain has participated in 8 Paralympics, the world's largest sports gala for people with disabilities.

Confined to a wheelchair, Graham represented the British Paralympic basketball team in the 1972, 1976 and 1980 Paralympic Games and later covered 5 Paralympics as a photo-journalist from 1992 to 2008.

My colleague He Fei caught up with Graham Bool to talk about his inspiring stories.

Graham's love for sports started when he started playing basketball on his wheelchair at a very young age. Later, basketball became one of the most important parts of his life.

You are listening to Voices from Other Lands. The guest today is disabled sports photographer Graham Bool. Time for a short break and we'll be right back.

Graham Bool runs a private news photography agency named after himself in Britain. This time, he headed a group people in Beijing. Over the past 10 days, Bool worked nonstop, rushing through different venues and recording precious moments on his camera. Photography is not only Graham's work but also his biggest hobby. And everything started with a gift from his aunt.

That was Graham Bool, disabled photographer from Britain talking to CRI's He Fei about his life and his Paralympics.

Some things in life are bad,
They can really make you mad,
But always look on the bright side of life.
That's how Graham lives his life and so can we.
