Guizhou Folk Music

Dong People
The "big song" of the Dong people is one of the most special forms of folk music.

Miao People
They are fond of singing and dancing, and have a highly-developed folk literature. Their songs do not rhyme and vary in length.

Buyi People
Bayin, the eight-sound style of singing of the Buyi is a form of folk art, which has been passed down from generation to generation.
