Haikou Century Bridge links the main part of Haikou city to Haidian Island, a district separated from Hainan Island by Nandu River. The bridge is 2683 meters in total length and 29.8 meters in width and is available for automobiles and pedestrians.
Haikou Century Bridge project started in 1998 and was completed in 2003. The expense on the project was said to be around RMB 660 million.
