Can Mayor Reception Day Solve All Problems
The city of Kunming had its first Mayor Reception Day last Thursday, when the Mayor met ordinary citizens to hear their complaints and to help solve their problems. Local people participated with surprising enthusiasm, as over 50 people starting queuing in front of the Kunming Stadium, the reception venue, during the previous night.
