Should China Establish A Film Rating System?  
Director of China's publications watchdog Liu Binjie recently told reporters that China will not adopt a film rating system until the market has been completely standardized. He said the topic is still too sensitive for the general public, and that under the current circumstances, a film rating system equals to legalizing mass production of pornographic publications.
