Chinese Mainland Pop Star Han Xue
    2007-09-12 11:50:37     CRIENGLISH.com

With innocent looks, a sweet voice and a nice personality, Chinese mainland pop star Han Xue has instantly seized the hearts of numerous mandopop fans since she first took up the microphone in 2004. Now the skillful singer/actress is embracing more recognition both on the music scene and the silver screen. Let's now follow Manli to learn more about this talented artist and her melodies.

Han Xue made a refreshing debut in 2004 with her first album, Falling Snow. The album was released in the winter, and the heartwarming feeling it brought matched the season perfectly. This is particularly true to a song titled Memory at the End of the Summer. With a brisk tempo and Han Xue's silvery voice, the song is recommended to be served with a cup of coffee or tea in a comfy chair. So, as summer comes to its epilogue, let's now listen to this song, Memory at the End of the Summer.
(Song 1)

In 2006, Han Xue released her second album that seemed entirely devoted to summer. It's called Summer Love. The song you are now listening to is called Bamboo Forest Breeze, the first track of the album. It's a love ballad with an upbeat rhythm and pleasant melody. Her effortless presentation makes the song sound just like a cool breeze in the summer, and you just cannot help but brisk up while listening to it.
(Song 2)

Born in the 1980s, Han Xue is quiet and sensitive by nature. This might explains why she has been so good at delivering slow lyric ballads since the very beginning. Love Song for One is just such an emotional song. It's also from Han Xue's second album, Summer Love. As the name of the song suggests, the track is a sad love song. But let's not ruin the day by getting sad over it. I suggest we enjoy Han Xue's beautiful voice instead. So here is Love Song for One!
(Song 3)

Han Xue is a versatile artist. The singer graduated from the Beijing Film Academy. She learnt dancing as a child. Now she is both a devoted actress and singer, busy with TV plays, song recording and performing. Her third album is said to be released very soon. But, before the highly anticipated album is available, let's now enjoy one more track from her second album. On this record, people found the artist performing different styles of singing with skill and ease. These styles include dance music, jazz and Bosa Nova. The last song we will introduce to you today is Summer Afternoon. It's time to feel the warmth and breeze and the coziness of the summer once again before we say goodbye to it very soon! Please enjoy...
(Song 4)
