Zhang Na Wins Suntory Ladies Golf Open
And history has been made as history tends to do sometimes. Chinese Zhang Na kept her advantage and won the Suntory Ladies Golf Open on Sunday in the central Japanese city of Kobe.
The 25-year-old from Beijing completed a wire-to-wire victory with a 10-under total of 278 to become the first golfer from mainland China to win on the Japan LPGA tour.
The reward for her is 14.4 million yen (about 119,000 U.S. dollars).
