The 11th Samsung Cup of the World Go Championship ended in success for China in Shanghai on
Wednesday.
Top Chinese "weiqi" player Chang Hao won the Cup after beating South Korean star Lee Chang-ho 2-0.
"It's been my dream for years to beat Lee Chang-ho in a final. I didn't think he had played to his best this time. But it's quite normal that players have some ups and downs in the games."
This is the second time Chang Hao has won a world championship, after winning the Yingshi Cup in 2005.
Meanwhile, this is the second loss for Lee Chang-ho after being defeated by Chinese Luo Xihe in the Samsung Open last year.
