Accompanied by director Stanley Tong and Bollywood actress Mallika Sherawat, Chan will be at Petaling Jaya's 1-Utama (New Wing) lower ground Oval section at 8pm to meet fans. 　　

In The Myth, Chan plays Jack, an intrepid archaeologist ala Indiana Jones in this action-adventure. Together with buddy, scientist William (Tony Leung Kar Fai), they make their way to Dasar, India. There they stumble upon an ancient sword from the Qin Dynasty and a gravity-defying magical gemstone. Their findings not only lead them to Emperor Qin’s mausoleum, but also to Jack's past life. 　　

Jack starts having strange dreams where he sees himself reincarnated as Meng Yi, a general in Emperor Qin's army. He is in love with one of the emperor’s consort, Ok Soo (Kim Hee-seon). 　　

Sherawat plays the Indian Princess Samantha who saves Chan from the bad guys and eventually falls in love with him. The role marks a departure for Sherawat, who is best known for her sexy, steamy roles. 　　

This is Tong's fourth collaboration with Chan, after Police Story 111: Supercop (1992), Rumble in the Bronx (1995) and First Strike (1996).
