Jackie Chan Premiere Set for Great Hall of the People

Jackie Chan's latest martial arts blockbuster The Myth will premiere in Great Hall of the People in Beijing on 20th September.

Chan is slated to team up with South Korean actress Kim Hee Sun and Hong Kong actor Leung Ka Fai to present the premiere ceremony.   

The Myth is a $20 million production co-produced by Chan's film company and the China Film Group Corporation.   

The film is about the discovery by an archaeologist of the mausoleum built by China's first emperor Qin Shihuang in 221 BC.   

The film has been sent censoring and is expected to open in cinemas from 23rd September across in China.
