China is a country heavily relied on coal consumption. Coal prices in China have increased fifty percent since last year, but heating prices have remained unchanged. To cover the losses for coal-fired heating firms, local governments have now allowed to raise heating prices. With the price largely related to the cost of living, how should prices be adjusted?
