While the Beijing Games serves as a good chance for enterprises either to go global or expand their Chinese customer base, it also promises a fast-expanding local consumer market.
With an eye on this potential, the New York-based Zagat Survey, the world's leading provider of consumer survey-based leisure content, released its first-ever guide to Beijing earlier this month.
The guide includes ratings and reviews for more than 400 of the city's finest restaurants, hotels, nightspots, shops and tourist attractions. The information given in the book is based on a survey of over 1,200 Beijingers.
Earlier, I talked with Tim and Nina Zagat, the couple who co-founded the Zagat Survey. |
