 After the completion of the Top Employers List 2007, published at the end of last year, a new round of Top Employer selection kicked off on Wednesday.
The new year's selection will enable more Chinese professionals, compared with the previous year, to talk to employers, says Cai Rong, the Chief Representative with CRF, the major organizer.
She adds that the selection standards in Shanghai will be slightly different this year, and that the innovation capability of an employer will be more valued.
The Netherlands-based CRF, or Corporate Research Foundation, has conducted a Top Employers selection event for 16 years in nine countries.
After the first selection, in Shanghai last year, CRF also started the selection among enterprises in Beijing.
